Dr. Innocent Odocha is a board certified Family Physician, and the founder of our practice. Dr. Odocha earned his medical degree from Wright State University in Dayton, OH, and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. Dr. Odocha’s medical interests include community health, preventative health, international health, overseas medical missions, anti-aging and longevity medicine, and aerospace medicine. His hobbies include nature photography and philosophy and he is an avid ping-pong player.

Alexandra Odocha, ARNP, completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Florida in 2007. She is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and is Board Certified in Advanced Diabetes Management by the AADE. Her clinical interests include diabetes care and nutrition. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, reading and spending time with her friends and family.

Katherine Swan, DNP, completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Florida in 2013. She is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an affinity for health promotion and disease prevention. Her clinical interests include public health, women’s health, and wound care. In her spare time, she enjoys arts and crafts projects, playing video games, cooking (mostly eating), and spending time with her family.

Cody Gerhart, ARNP, completed his Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Florida in 2016. He is a Board certified Adult/ Gerontology Nurse practitioner. Clinical interests include preventative care, orthopedics, and minor procedures. In his spare time, he enjoys Brazilian jiu jitsu, and spending time with family and friends.

Kristina von Castel PhD, LD/RDN, CPT, completed her doctorate in nutritional biochemistry at the University of Florida in 2006 and her dietetics licensure with Iowa State in 2012. She is board certified in functional nutrition with the Institute of Functional Nutrition (IFNA) and a NASM certified trainer. Kristina believes that "food is medicine" with a special interest in gastrointestinal health. She helps patients in prevention and management of chronic disease, gastrointestinal concerns, hormonal concerns, and weight management. In her free time she enjoys training and competing in running and triathlon, working outdoors, and spending time with pets, friends, and family.
